Hanoi Harmonia Hotel & Spa offers a wonderful stay right in the heart of old quarter, striking a great balance between comfort, service, and location. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and cozy — perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights is the exceptional staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Their warm hospitality and helpfulness make guests feel truly welcomed. The hotel also enjoys a convenient location, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter and nearby attractions. Breakfast is rather small with limited choice but no complaints it was value for money

The hotel staff were exceptional and accommodated travel arrival delays, provided advice and supported any queries and changes we needed not only when staying with them but during our travel time . Shoutout to Chloe and Edward for their excellent, level headed advice and reassurance. Heartily recommend to all travellers .

The room was comfortable so was the bed. The bathroom had everything you needed, even little toiletries. The reception staff were outstanding and ever so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is fabulous, right in the heart of the old town. My daughter and I enjoyed all the massages, the parlour is part of the hotel. Especially enjoyed the 20% discount.

Great coffee shops, restaurants, street food, and unique shopping 🛍️ Absolutely nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff at the hotel. The great facilities and great team are the reason we stay there and recommend it to friends and family.
